At Ancient Spook, our main focus right now is on digital content and community. Because of the nature of digital content, all digital products and subscriptions are non-refundable.

For physical merchandise (coming soon):

  • Refunds and exchanges will be considered if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • To request a refund or exchange, please contact us at hello@ancientspook.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an error was made on our end.
